We can prepare fresh beet as I did, or buy organic cooked red beet, it also works and there is no preparation apart from blending.
Here is what you need to prepare this simple and easy beet puree recipe for babies (from 4 months, 2 servings)

- - 10 oz fresh beet (or 1 cooked beet / 300g)
- - Water for steaming
- - 1 knob of sweet butter
This recipe is very simple, the longest part of this baby puree recipe is actually the cooking part.
Start by washing your red beet.
Peel it and if it is too big, don’t hesitate to cut it in half for cooking to be faster.
Start cooking … 40 minutes! Yes… red beet cooking takes a very long time …
Once cooked, it is very easy to cut, so cut it into small pieces which you then put in your blender, with a knob of butter. This beet puree recipe for babies (from 4 months) is already finished, your puree is ready! I know some who will enjoy it đ
