Today, it is a pretty pink recipe that I’ll prepare : It is a raspberry, pear and banana on boudoir biscuits baby puree recipe (from 7 months).
Raspberry… this pretty little pink fruit, sweet and a little bit acid, but not too much, in short: a wonder of nature! I decided to mix it with pear, fruit full of vitamins, very sweet, and also with banana, very creamy, soft, with an ideal texture for baby fruit purees.
This baby fruit puree full of vitamins and freshness will surely be loved by your baby, with new tastes so fruity and so sweet!
Here is what you need to make this baby recipe : Raspberry, pear and banana on boudoir biscuits baby puree recipe (from 7 months):
- [adinserter block="11"]
- - 1 Pear (100g)
- - Half banana (50g)
- - 15 Raspberries (75g)
- - Mineral water
- - 1 strainer (to remove the raspberry seeds)
- - A steam cooker
- - A blender
Let’s start with our pear. We wash it, cut it in 2, and we remove all the central part with the seeds, hard filaments and the ends. We now cut it into thick slices.
Now our banana. We cut it in two, and we cut it into thick slices.
We will now start the cooking. Steam for 5 minutes. Place your fruits in your steam basket and cover on heat.
Meanwhile, we will prepare our raspberries. We will simply put them under clear water to remove all the small impurities.
Once our pear and banana cooking is over, we add our raspberries in the steam basket and we steam for 2 additional minutes.
During this time we can prepare our boudoir biscuit. We take about two-thirds of a boudoir biscuit, and we cut into very small pieces.
We place these small boudoir biscuit pieces at the bottom of our baby jar. The goal is that they soften thanks to the fruit puree, easier to eat for our babies. We will make sure that they are before giving the fruit puree to our babies 😉
Once the cooking of our fruits is complete, we place our fruit in a small blender and blend until obtaining a smooth fruit puree.
We now put our fruit puree in the strainer to remove all the small raspberry seeds, and we then put our smooth baby fruit puree in our baby jar on top of the boudoir biscuit pieces.
The baby recipe : Raspberry, pear and banana on boudoir biscuits baby puree recipe (from 7 months) is now over, and baby will love it!
Bon appétit baby 😉
